How Binding Works (Transmitter ↔ Receiver)

Power the receiver using a suitable BEC / 5V output from your flight controller or ESC.

Enter bind mode on the receiver – usually by holding a bind button or shorting “BIND” pads while powering it on (LED starts blinking).

Put the transmitter in bind mode via its menu or a bind button (model-specific).

Wait until the receiver LED turns solid – this indicates a successful link.

Power cycle both TX and RX, then verify channel movement in the flight controller software (e.g., Betaflight / INAV).

Finally, set failsafe behaviour (e.g., disarm motors / return-to-home) in both the radio and flight controller.
