QUALIFICATION:

• Hands-on experience in graphic designing and video editing
• Basic knowledge of tools like Photoshop for advanced designs
• Good experience in Canva to bulk produce high quality graphics to meet deadlines
• Graduate in any stream
• Manage social media channels (optional)

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer support experience, preferably from retail or ecommerce industry

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO.
  Basic understanding of Ads.
• Understanding and practical experience in keyword research and SEO optimisation
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Graduate in any stream, preference for Engineers (EEE, ECE and similar streams)

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and attribution models.
• Comfortable working with data and tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals under supervision.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
