    QUALIFICATION:

    • Hands-on experience in graphic designing and video editing
    • Basic knowledge of tools like Photoshop for advanced designs
    • Good experience in Canva to bulk produce high quality graphics to meet deadlines
    • Graduate in any stream
    • Manage social media channels (optional)
  • Customer Support Executive

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer support experience, preferably from retail or ecommerce industry
    • Graduate in any stream
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Languages known – English, Hindi and Kannada/Telegu/Tamil/Malayalam
  • Social Media Associate

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Education: Graduate in any stream
      Electrical, Mechatronics (and similar) engineers preferred
    • Experience: Upto 1 year in social media management, or similar roles.
    • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and best practices for each.
    • Creativity: Ability to create engaging, visually appealing content.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to quickly assess issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
