Sales Associate

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 01–03 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, achieving sales targets, and managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for sales activities
  • Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, robotics, hardware, or technology products is preferred.
  • Graduate in any stream with good organizational skills and willingness to travel for business activities.

Customer Support Executive

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer support experience, preferably from the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Languages known – English, Hindi, and Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam.

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience in graphic designing and video editing.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Photoshop for advanced designs.
  • Good experience in Canva to bulk produce high-quality graphics to meet deadlines.
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Manage social media channels (optional).

Social Media Associate

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in any stream. Electrical, Mechatronics (and similar) engineers are preferred.
  • Up to 1 year in social media management or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and best practices for each.
  • Ability to create engaging, visually appealing content.
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly assess issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
