Shipping

1. How to check the status of my order?

You can track your order status easily by logging into your account on Robocraze.com and navigating to the ‘My Orders’ section. Here, you will find real-time updates on the progress of your order, including confirmation, packaging, and shipping details. Once your order is dispatched, our team will send an email to your registered email ID with the tracking details. You can use this information to track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

2. When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed and the items are in stock, we prioritize shipping them at the earliest. Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are typically shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. In case of any unexpected delays, our team will notify you promptly.

3. What is the expected delivery time?

The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro cities (e.g., Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, etc.) – Typically, 1-2 business days.
  • Other cities and towns across India – Generally, 3-4 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues. You can always track your shipment using the tracking details provided after dispatch.



4. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not provide international shipping. Our services are currently limited to deliveries within India. However, we understand the demand for our products globally, and we are working towards expanding our reach. Stay tuned for future updates regarding international shipping options!

5. Do you charge for shipping when I place order at Robocraze?

We offer free shipping across India for all orders above ₹500. If your order total is below this amount, a minimal shipping charge will be applied at checkout based on your location. This ensures that we can continue providing reliable and fast delivery services for all customers.

Returns

1. Can I return any product purchased on robocraze?

Products purchased at Robocraze Store can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. Return is acceptable when the ordered product is damaged/faulty at the time of receiving the product. Product damaged by the customer is not applicable for return. Products need to be in their original packing along with all included accessories and parts, to be deemed eligible for a return.

2. What is the return procedure?

Please raise a ticket to our customer support team on support.robocraze.com along with order ID and reason for return, you can also message us on chat

Our team will get back to you on the ticket for collecting all the necessary information

To understand if the product is faulty, our tech team will get in touch and confirm the condition of the product. Upon confirmation, please ship the product back to our warehouse.
Once the item is received in its original packaging, and in working condition, we will issue the refund/replacement to you.

3. Do you arrange for return shipping?

Return shipping is provided only when the ordered product has been received as faulty/damaged by the customer. Alternatively, we may ask you to ship the product and refund the shipping costs upon verification.

Refund

1. My return is accepted, but not received a refund?

Usually, a refund will happen within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of refund, in case you haven't received a refund after 3-5 working days please write to care@robocraze.com so that our team will inspect and get back to you.

2. Will I get a 100% refund?

Yes, we offer a 100% refund if you receive a damaged or faulty product. If your order arrives defective, please contact our support team immediately with proof (such as images or videos) so we can process your refund or replacement quickly.

For other return cases, such as order cancellations or returns due to personal preference, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method after deducting any applicable shipping costs.

3. How do I choose a different bank account for a refund?

Refund will be credited back to the same account from which you have placed the order. Please write a mail to care@robocraze.com requesting for change in bank account details for the refund.

Order Cancellation

1. Can I cancel my order?

If the order is unshipped, you may cancel the order. Usually, our team takes 3-4 working hours to ship your product from the time your order has been received. Please write to care@robocraze.com requesting for cancel of order with order ID, or you can reach out to us via chat.

2. Can Robocraze cancel my order after confirmation?

In unexpected cases, wherein Robocraze might be unable to fulfill your order due to shortage of inventory or any other Inventory issues, we may cancel your order against a full refund. Alternatively, you may inform our Customer Support team if you’d like to purchase any other product from our store using the credit amount.

Replacement

1. Can I replace my order with other products?

If your received product is eligible for a return, you may get in touch with out support team via mail or chat regarding the replacement of the product. However, shipping charges will not be refunded.

2. When is a replacement not acceptable?

If the ordered product is not in the return period.

If the product is not returned in its original packing.

If the order shipping address is International.

Replacement is not acceptable for Raspberry Pi, Arduino original, Jetson Nano, Beagle bone, Micro bit, and Seed studio products.

Warranty

1. Do you provide a warranty?

Warranty is extended only on products where the manufacturer offers an extended warranty. To claim a warranty, the issue must be reported within the return period. Please note, any damages caused by the customer are not eligible for a warranty claim.

2. Which products have a warranty?

We provide a manufacturer warranty on select products, including:

  • Original Raspberry Pi boards
  • Jetson Nano boards
  • Original Arduino products

These items come with a limited warranty as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. If you face any issues with these products during the warranty period, you can reach out to us or the respective brand’s support team for assistance. Please note that third-party accessories and unofficial products do not carry a manufacturer warranty.

Payment

1. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay us through credit/debit cards, UPI, Paytm wallet, and net banking. Cash on delivery (COD) is available as a payment method for orders with minimum value of Rs.500/- and upto Rs.3000/- only.

A processing fee of Rs.125/- is additionally charged on all COD orders.

2. Do you charge for Cash on Delivery?

Yes, there is a nominal charge of ₹125 when choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. This additional fee covers processing costs associated with COD transactions. If you prefer to avoid this charge, you can opt for online payment methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking, which do not carry any extra fees.

3. Do you provide a GST bill?

Yes, we provide a GST-compliant invoice for customers who require it. If you need a GST bill, please ensure you enter your GST number while placing the order. This information must be provided at checkout, as we cannot update GST details after the order is processed.

1. Can I get a quotation for your products?

Yes, please write a mail to sales@robocraze.com with the product name and quantity, our team will get back to you with a quotation soon.

2. I need more information about the product?

Please write to care@robocraze.com with the product name/link or message with us on chat..

3. I am unable to find the items that I wish to buy?

Mail us the list of items that you wish to purchase to care@robocraze.com, and we shall let you know if we can arrange them for you. Alternatively, we may add you to the Wishlist and inform you once the product is in stock.

4. I want to place a bulk order. Do I get discounts?

We have good news – YES! Mail us the items and the quantity of each item to sales@robocraze.com and we shall provide you a quotation with the best prices.

5. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You should receive a confirmation mail as soon as you place an order. In case you haven’t received a mail and the amount has been deducted from your account, please drop a mail to care@robocraze.com and our Customer Care team will contact you shortly.

6. Are there any offers or discounts applicable?
