Shipping

Upon order confirmation and availability of stocks, all the orders placed will be shipped within 48 Hours (excluding Sundays and Public holidays) through our shipping partners. In rare cases, the pickup may get delayed during Public Holidays/Bandh/Environmental disturbances.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through DHL courier agency. If you have any particular requests, we may try from our end, but we do not guarantee to be able to fulfil it. In such cases, kindly check with our Customer Support Team BEFORE you place your order.

To track your order status, we we will share the tracking details on your registered mail ID once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery time varies based on the country and location. Ideally, it should take 7-21 days from the day of shipment.

Import fees, duties and taxes are to be paid by customer irrespective of the shipping method chosen. The import fees varies as per your country and location.

Customs documentation work will be handled by the courier partner only if you choose 'Standard Shipping with Custom Clearence' as a shipping method while placing the order. Additional Charges may be involved, and will be indicated on the checkout page. We do not have any hidden charges.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, obocraze does not offer cash on delivery (COD) payment option for international orders. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Cancellation

A Customer must inform about the cancellation of the product by writing a mail to care@robocraze.com, or contact our customer support via website chat option,  BEFORE the order has been shipped. We shall not be able to cancel your order once the product has been shipped our from our warehouse. 

After the confirmation of the order, in case of any unexpected shortage of inventory or other unprecedented inventory issues or shipping restrictions, we may not be able to ship the product, and the order will be auto-canceled. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment. Alternatively, the buyer can also request to buy any other product available on the website.

In cases where a customer (same email id/same GST number/same contact number) places multiple orders for a product with quantity limits, all extra units will be automatically cancelled. In such case, the refund will be issued after a 2% deduction as payment gateway fees. Alternatively, customer can choose to keep the balance as Robocraze Credits or buy other products from our store, in which case the 2% deduction will not be done.

Returns/Replacements/Refunds

Unfortunately, we don’t provide any returns/replacements/refunds for international orders at the moment.

Warranty

For international orders, we don’t provide warranty for the products at the moment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, please check with your Credit/Debit Card Company or your Bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is made. In case you still are unsure about your refund, contact us at connect@robocraze.com.

Note: Before placing an order for any product please check with us if the required certification for the custom clearance is available with Robocraze as per the destination country customs policies and guidelines. Robocraze is not responsible if the shipped product custom clearance is failed/pending. Also, no refund/cancellation of order will be initiated in such case.
