  • Faulty parts that affect the normal operation of the printer.
  • Repairs or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.
  • Damage from mishandling, dropping, or improper transportation, if reported within 2 days of delivery with proof like an unboxing video or damaged box photos. (Minor Dents/ Scratches won’t be cover until and unless it affects the Printers functionality)

Warranty Exclusions (This Warranty does not cover):

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., nozzles, belts, bearings, print beds, hotend, extruders etc.).
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Issues arising from the use of non-approved third-party components, accessories, or filament.
  • Software-related issues, firmware modifications, or unauthorized updates.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, environmental conditions, or improper storage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or lost business opportunities.
