SmartElex DRV2605L Haptic Motor Driver
The SmartElex DRV2605L Haptic Motor Driver is a high-performance haptic motor driver module based on Texas Instruments’ DRV2605L IC, built to deliver precise and immersive vibration feedback.
Unlike basic motor control, this haptic driver enables advanced effects such as vibration ramp-up and ramp-down, sharp click sensations, varied buzzer intensities, and even audio-reactive haptics.
Controlled via I2C, the DRV2605L allows multiple haptic effects to be stored and triggered sequentially, creating smooth and realistic tactile feedback. With built-in waveform libraries and support for ERM and LRA motors, it significantly enhances user experience in human–machine interfaces, wearables, and interactive electronics projects.
Features:
- Advanced control for haptic motors with various effects.
- Supports ramping, clicks, and different buzzer levels.
- Allows audio-responsive vibration for unique feedback.
- The I2C interface facilitates integration with controllers.
- Built-in memory saves sequences for smooth actuation.
- Improves user experience with precise haptic feedback.
