The GY-LSM6DS3 LSM6DS3 Accelerometer, Gyroscope & Digital Temperature Sensor Module is a compact motion-sensing module designed for measuring acceleration, angular movement, and temperature in electronic and embedded projects. It combines a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope with a digital temperature sensor, making it useful for motion detection, orientation tracking, stabilization, and environmental monitoring.
The module supports both SPI and I2C/IIC communication interfaces, allowing easy connection with Arduino boards, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other compatible microcontrollers. An integrated 8KB FIFO buffer helps temporarily store sensor data, reducing the processing load on the host controller. With 5V compatibility, this LSM6DS3 sensor module is suitable for robotics, drones, wearable devices, IoT applications, motion tracking, and other DIY electronics projects.
