Fermion MEMS Formaldehyde HCHO Gas Detection Sensor - (Breakout, 0-3ppm)
With great pleasure, we're presenting to you the Fermion MEMS Formaldehyde HCHO Gas Detection Sensor. This HCHO sensor is a fantastic choice if you need an accurate way to measure formaldehyde levels.
This formaldehyde gas detector uses advanced MEMS technology, making it small and easy to fit into different devices. Measuring just 13x13x2.5mm, it uses very little power—less than 20mA—so it won’t waste energy. It also runs cool and responds quickly, making it perfect for air purifiers, HVAC systems, and even smart wearables.
What’s more, this HCHO gas detection sensor works with Arduino and is part of a larger series that includes sensors for the other 11 different types of gas sensors (HCHO, CO, CH4, VOC, NH3, H2S, EtOH, Smoke, Odor, H2, NO2). Whether you want to improve air quality or ensure safety, the Fermion MEMS Formaldehyde Sensor is accurate and dependable. Let’s see how it can work for you!
Precautions for Use:
- Take off the protective film before using the sensor.
- Avoid silicone-containing goods such as adhesives, hair gels, and other sources of silicon vapours.
- Avoid exposing the sensor to high concentrations of hazardous gases such as H2S, SOX, Cl2, or HCl.
- Keep it free from caustic substances such as alkalis and halogens.
- Do not use it for a long period of time in hot, muggy, or polluted conditions.
- The sensor should not be exposed to water, moisture, or extremely cold temperatures.
- Take caution when handling to prevent shaking or falling.
- Use of this sensor should be avoided in situations where safety is a concern.
- The sensor has to be warmed for at least 24 hours before use if it hasn't been used in a while.
