This is an aluminum heatsink kit used for cooling the chips on Raspberry Pi. Compared to another heat sink, it has been attached with thermal conductive adhesive tape, allowing the Raspberry Pi to cool more efficiently. Besides, the installation is simple, what you need to do is to remove the heatsink protection and stick it on Raspberry Pi. Compatible with Raspberry Pi B.

Installation Method

All you need to do is remove the heatsink protection and stick it on the raspberry pi. The heat sink has an adhesive film on the back that is easy to mount on the BGA chip by pressing it gently. The heatsink will stick to the BGA chip and cool it.
