XBee ZB PRO(a.k.a. Series 2) module improves upon the power output and data protocol of the Pro Series2. Series 2B modules allow you to create complex mesh networks based on the XBee ZB ZigBee mesh firmware. Series 2 modules allow you to create complex mesh networks. this module has the lowest current draw of any Digi RF product.
The XBee-PRO ZB S2B Extended Range Module enables wireless communication for electronic devices at an affordable cost. It is a member of the Digi XBee and XBee-PRO Zigbee RF modules family, compatible with other Zigbee PRO feature set devices from different manufacturers.
This programmable module allows easy customization of applications. It comes equipped with an integrated wire antenna and an RPSMA connector. The module is highly suitable for energy and controls markets, where efficient manufacturing is essential.
To optimize integration with embedded microcontrollers and reduce development costs, the module features a high-speed Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). Additionally, the XBee-PRO ZB S2B Extended Range Module uses separate communication protocols, which is characteristic of the Zigbee RF modules family.
