V6 Brass Volcano Nozzles are High-performance brass nozzles for your Volcano HotEnd. From super-fine to super-fat layering, you’ll be making stronger, faster and bigger prints in no time with the Volcano HotEnd PowerUp! These nozzles are immediately compatible with the Lulzbot Moarstruder, but many RepRap 3D printers including the Prusa i3 can be upgraded with a Volcano.
Volcano nozzles are super fast printing nozzles for use with the Volcano block and packs to print large layer heights and at extremely high flow rates. V6 Brass Volcano Nozzle has extra long heated melt zones for ultimate filament melt speeds.
Volcano nozzles are designed with speed in mind. They excel at large layer heights with extremely high flow rates which can reduce your print time. All volcano nozzles are marked so that you know exactly what size you are working with. The nozzle has a longer heated zone when compared to most hotend nozzles. This means that the filament is heating slightly faster, therefore it has accelerated melting speeds.
The brass Volcano nozzle performs excellently with non-abrasive filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, ASA and TPU.
Due to the special shape and the low coefficient of friction, no filament residues remain on the inside of the nozzle, even with extremely long printing times. Due to this low resistance, an optimal flow is achieved that ensures the perfect extrusion and therefore an undisturbed 3D printing process.
Note: Volcano nozzles are only compatible with the Volcano block.
