The Pludo Hover Ball Science Kit demonstrates the fascinating concept of Bernoulli's Principle, showing how airflow can keep a lightweight object suspended in the air.

When the switch is turned on, the motor rotates the fan blades, creating a powerful upward stream of air. A lightweight foam ball placed above the airflow rises and appears to float effortlessly.

Instead of flying away, the foam ball remains suspended because of the difference in air pressure around it. The fast-moving air directly beneath the ball creates a region of lower pressure, while the slower-moving surrounding air has higher pressure. This pressure difference continuously pushes the ball back toward the center of the airflow, helping it remain balanced and stable.

This hands-on experiment allows children to observe how airflow, pressure, and motion work together, making it an engaging way to understand an important scientific principle.

Airplanes stay in the sky because faster airflow over their wings creates lower pressure - the same principle that makes your hover ball float!
