NB-IoT / Cat-M(eMTC) / GNSS HAT for Raspberry Pi
Introducing the Telecommunication HAT, a versatile device offering a range of communication functionalities. This HAT incorporates three key features: NB-IoT (NarrowBand-Internet of Things), Cat-M (also known as eMTC, enhanced Machine Type Communication), and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System).
With the rapid advancements in telecommunication technology, traditional 2G/3G networks are gradually fading away. The future landscape will be dominated by IoT technologies, combining low bandwidth options like NB-IoT/Cat-M with high bandwidth standards such as 4G/5G.
Designed to operate globally, this HAT supports NB-IoT and Cat-M bands, while also providing positioning capabilities through GNSS. Its compact size, minimal latency, and extensive coverage make it the perfect choice for a wide range of IoT applications, including intelligent instruments, asset tracking, remote monitoring, e-health, and more.
