The Cytron 30A motor driver, officially known as the Cytron Smart Drive 30A (MDDS30), is a high-performance dual channel DC motor driver designed for medium power brushed DC motors.
It supports a wide input voltage range of 7V to 35V, delivering 30A of continuous current and up to 80A peak per channel for short durations. Optimized for differential drive mobile robots, this 30A motor driver 7V-35V supports multiple control interfaces including RC, PWM, Serial, and analog joystick, providing flexibility for a variety of applications.
The onboard microcontroller adds smart features such as current limiting, thermal protection, and support for multiple input modes.
