The C945 is a general-purpose NPN Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) designed for switching and audio frequency amplification applications. Housed in a compact TO-92 plastic package, it is suitable for through-hole PCB assembly and is widely used in consumer electronics, audio equipment, educational projects, and general-purpose electronic circuits.
