The H2D provides perfect closed-loop temperature control thanks to active chamber heating at 65°C and a high-temperature hotend capable of reaching 350°C.
This sophisticated technique successfully minimizes bending and deformation in high-performance materials, resulting in enhanced layer bonding and optimizing their potential.

The H2D's purpose-built high-flow hotend enables consistent, fast printing at 600mm/s. Designed for consistent performance, it eliminates mid-print flow rate constraints, allowing for continuous high-speed printing regardless of print size or complexity.

The H2D includes an AI-powered nozzle camera with a macro lens. This intelligent monitoring system continuously monitors extrusion patterns and detects material accumulation, filament deviations, and extrusion failures.

Before each operational cycle, H2D's vision system starts a thorough pre-flight checklist: Chamber Integrity Scan detects debris on the whole print surface.
Hardware Configuration Audit - Instantly determines nozzle size and build plate parameters. Digital-Physical Alignment - Automatically checks for compliance between detected hardware specs and active slicer parameters.

Unlike older systems that use single filament run-out detectors, the H2D has full material flow monitoring.
Throughout the AMS-to-nozzle journey, 15 strategically placed sensors establish a sophisticated network that continuously monitors five critical parameters: feeding velocity, tension, filament tip location, extruder temperature environment, and dynamic extrusion pressure. This creates an industry-leading filament behaviour control system.
