XL4015 5A Step Down Adjustable Power Supply with LED Voltmeter
The XL4015 5A Step Down Adjustable Power Supply with LED Voltmeter is a high-efficiency DC-DC buck converter module designed to reduce higher DC voltages to a stable and adjustable lower output. Powered by the XL4015 controller IC, this module supports an input voltage range of 4V to 38V and provides an adjustable output from 1.25V to 36V with a maximum current of 5A.
The built-in LED voltmeter allows real-time monitoring of output voltage, making it easy to set precise levels for different applications. Voltmeter calibration method :
The onboard voltmeter indicates that to adjust the output voltage, one must long press the right button for 2 seconds to release it. At this point, the voltmeter and the output voltage indicator light [OUT] will flash synchronously, indicating entry into the output voltage regulation mode. Similarly, when the input voltage is displayed on the voltmeter, a long press of the right button for 2 seconds will also release it, causing the voltmeter and the input voltage indicator light [IN] to flash synchronously, thus entering the input voltage adjustment mode.
A light touch on the button located on the right side will increase the voltage value by one unit; conversely, pressing the left button will decrease it by one unit. Since a single unit of voltage is less than 0.1 V, it is necessary to press the button consecutively 1-5 times to observe a change of 0.1 V on the voltmeter. The exact number of consecutive presses required will depend on the current displayed voltage; generally, as the voltage increases, fewer presses will be needed.
After completing the voltage adjustment, one should long press the right button for 2 seconds and then release it to exit the output voltage calibration mode, at which point all parameters will be automatically saved and the device will power down to conserve energy.
