The Waveshare Industrial CAN/CAN FD Bus Data Analyzer is a high-performance USB to CAN FD adapter, CAN/CAN FD bus communication interface card, and protocol data analyzer designed for reliable CAN network communication, monitoring, testing, and debugging. It features two independent and fully isolated CAN FD channels (CAN1 and CAN2) with an isolation voltage of 3000V DC, helping improve communication stability and protection in industrial environments.

The adapter supports CAN2.0A, CAN2.0B, ISO 11898-1, and CAN FD Protocol Specification V1.0, with a configurable baud rate from 100Kbps to 5Mbps. Each channel can achieve up to 20,000 frames/s receiving speed and 5,000 frames/s sending speed, while the 1500-frame receiving buffer and 64-frame sending buffer help handle continuous CAN bus traffic. The device operates directly from a 5V USB connection, uses a USB-B interface, and includes switchable 120Ω termination resistors for each CAN/CAN FD channel.

With support for Windows XP/7/8/10/11 and, for the USB-CAN-FD-B version, Linux systems including Raspberry Pi OS and Ubuntu, it is suitable for CAN bus testing, vehicle electronics development, industrial automation, power communication, intelligent control, and secondary development projects.
