The Waveshare AC8265 Wireless NIC is a compact dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2 adapter designed to add reliable wireless connectivity to compatible M.2 systems. Based on the 8265AC core, it supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi speeds up to 300Mbps and 5GHz speeds up to 867Mbps, making it suitable for high-speed wireless networking and low-latency data communication.

The module uses an NGFF (M.2 A/E Key) interface and supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac standards. Its integrated Bluetooth 4.2 capability allows wireless connection to devices such as smartphones, computers, and gamepads. The AC8265 supports Linux and Windows 10/11, while the package includes 1 Wireless-AC8265 module, 2 antennas, and 2 IPEX-to-SMA cables.
