The Waveshare 4.3-Inch HDMI IPS Capacitive Touch LCD Display (B) is a compact Raspberry Pi touchscreen display designed for projects that need a responsive visual interface without occupying the Raspberry Pi’s 40-pin GPIO header. It features a 4.3-inch IPS panel with an 800 × 480 hardware resolution, a 160° viewing angle, and a 5-point capacitive touch panel protected by a tempered glass surface with 6H hardness.
The display connects through HDMI, while touch input is handled through USB, making it suitable for Raspberry Pi applications, mini PCs, embedded projects, interactive dashboards, and compact control interfaces.
When used with Raspberry Pi, it supports Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, Kali, and Retropie, while Windows systems from Windows 7 through Windows 11 are also supported. The built-in OSD menu allows adjustments such as brightness and contrast, while the 3.5mm audio jack and 4-pin speaker interface provide options for HDMI audio output.
