The Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 Wide is the latest entry in Raspberry pi's mainstream camera line-up, and the successor to the enduringly popular Camera Module 2. Built around a 12-megapixel Sony IMX708 image sensor module.
Not sure which Camera Module 3 to choose? The standard version provides a 75° field of view, while the Wide version provides a 120° field of view. Choose the Wide version for larger scenes, robotics, security, and applications where a broader viewing angle is required.

Yes, Camera Module 3 Wide works with all Raspberry Pi boards that have a CSI camera connector, including Pi 4, Pi 5 and Pi Zero 2 W (with the appropriate cable).
The Wide version offers a 120° field of view versus the standard module's 75°, better suited for robotics, security and wide-scene capture; both share the same 12MP Sony IMX708 sensor.
The camera module and a short FPC ribbon cable; a longer cable may be needed for Raspberry Pi 5 or case-mounted setups (sold separately).

I think OV3660 is a good module,but there should be an option for OV2640 too,cause esp32 cam performs better with OV2640. OV3660 will heat very fast and the streaming will be slow,but it has its own use like it has better resolution and better low light image processing.
