The Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W is faster and more powerful than the older Raspberry Pi Pico. It has a 150MHz system clock (up from 133MHz), allowing for quicker processing. The new dual Arm Cortex-M33 cores improve performance, and the addition of dual RISC-V Hazard3 cores helps with multitasking. The RAM has doubled to 520KB, providing more space for complex tasks. These upgrades make the Pico 2 W a better choice for high-speed projects and efficient multitasking.
