The Elecrow 7-inch 1024 × 600 IPS LCD Touch Screen Display for Windows/Raspberry Pi is a high-quality HDMI touchscreen display designed for makers, developers, and embedded system enthusiasts. Featuring a 7-inch IPS panel with a 1024 × 600 resolution, it delivers crisp images, vibrant colors, and wide viewing angles for an enhanced viewing experience.
The capacitive touch screen supports single-touch operation on Raspberry Pi without requiring additional touch drivers when using supported operating systems such as Raspbian and Ubuntu. For Windows systems, it offers up to 10-point multi-touch support on Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 8, while Windows 7 supports single-touch on some versions.
The display is compatible with Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Zero, Banana Pi, Banana Pro, BeagleBone Black, and other HDMI-compatible mini PCs, making it an excellent Raspberry Pi touchscreen display for DIY projects, automation systems, kiosks, portable monitors, and embedded applications. The IPS display provides superior visibility and color reproduction, making it suitable for both development and multimedia use.
Note:
- To provide adequate power, utilize a power source with a 5V3A rating or above.
- When working with Raspberry Pi 4, please change "dtoverlay = vc4-KMS-v3d" to "dtoverlay = vc4-fkms-v3d" in the config file; otherwise, it may fail to start. However, on Buster, please remove "dtoverlay = vc4-fkms-V3D" by inserting #.
- Drivers can be installed on your present system to enable LCD display and touch control.
- Images cannot be utilized with your current system. They are standalone devices that already offer an LCD display and touch control.
- If you wish to play videos on the LCD, be sure it has an HDMI-compatible display interface.
- The DVD includes all of the driver and accompanying image files.
