The ADXL325 is a 3-axis accelerometer that can measure acceleration in three dimensions: X, Y, and Z. The ADX325 is a small, thin, low power, complete 3-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs. The product measures acceleration with a minimum full-scale range of +/-5 g. It can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tiltsensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion, shock, or vibration.
The accelerometer is often used in applications such as detecting the orientation of a device, detecting movement, or measuring acceleration in sports or other activities. The ADXL325 is a small, low-power device that can be easily integrated into a variety of systems.
