The 7Semi EC20 CAT-4 LTE 4G GNSS Ultra-compact Nano Modem is a powerful and space-saving solution designed to bring fast, reliable cellular connectivity to IoT and M2M applications. Built around Quectel’s EC20 R2.1 module, it supports LTE, UMTS/HSPA+, and GSM networks, enabling seamless communication across diverse environments.
With download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps, the modem delivers the performance needed for data-intensive applications like tracking, telemetry, remote monitoring, and industrial IoT.
Beyond connectivity, the module features advanced multi-GNSS positioning including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS. It comes with a micro-USB interface for direct PC/laptop connectivity, optional UART support, nano SIM slot, and flexible powering through USB or 5–14V external input.
