Witty Fox 3.7V 8000mAh Li-Ion Battery

This 3.7v Lithium-Ion battery is a very slim, extremely lightweight battery based on the new polymer lithium-ion chemistry. This Li ion battery is the highest energy density battery currently in production. Each cell outputs a nominal 3.7v. These Li ion batteries require special charging. Do not attempt to charge these with anything but a specialized Lithium-Ion battery charger.

Battery includes built-in protection against over-voltage, over-current, and minimum voltage. Please use caution when using this battery in wearable projects. A short in the thread can create sparks and heat when using conductive thread.

    • The typical estimated life of a Lithium-Ion battery is about 600 charge cycles, whichever occurs first. A charge cycle is a period of use in which the battery is fully charged, fully discharged, and fully recharged.

    2. Is it safe to charge a lithium-ion battery overnight?

    • As long as the correct voltage limit is set for the lithium-ion battery when you're charging, leaving a lithium-ion battery on the charger shouldn't be a problem.

    3. What is the battery life of an 8000 mAh battery?
