Pre Requirements:

1. Hardware:

  • Computer: A PCorMacwith at least 8GB of RAM and a multi-core processor. A mouse with a scroll wheel is recommended for easier navigation in 3D software.
  • Internet Connection: Stable broadband internet for attending the live class and downloading necessary software.
  • 3DPrinter (Optional): While not mandatory, having access to a basic 3D printer like an Ender 3, Prusa, or any entry-level printer will enhance hands-on learning.

2. Software:

  • 3DModeling Software: Tinkercad (free and web-based) will be used during the workshop.
  • 3DPrinting Software: Cura (free slicing software) for preparing models for 3D printing.
  • Accounts: Participants should create accounts for Tinkercad and download/install Cura prior to the workshop.
