The SmartElex High-Precision AD HAT adds high-resolution analog-to-digital conversion to Raspberry Pi projects using the ADS1263 32-bit ADC. It provides 10 input channels, including 5 differential inputs, with a maximum sampling rate of 38.4 kSPS. The board uses SPI communication and supports both differential and single-ended input modes.
It also features an integrated 24-bit auxiliary ADC, programmable gain up to 32×, internal and external reference voltage options, onboard sensor headers, screw terminals and a control header. These interfaces make it suitable for precision sensor measurement, data acquisition, temperature sensing and other Raspberry Pi-based instrumentation applications.
