The SIMA7670C 4G/LTE GSM Development Board (LM39302) V1.1 is a compact LTE Cat-1 communication module designed for IoT, telematics, industrial automation, and remote monitoring applications. Based on the SIMCOM A7670C modem, it supports LTE-FDD and LTE-TDD wireless communication modes, enabling reliable data connectivity for embedded systems and custom electronic projects. It communicates using standard AT commands, making integration straightforward with microcontrollers and host processors.
The board features onboard UART logic level conversion, a Nano SIM card holder, USB 2.0 interface, UART serial interface, I2C interface, ADC interface, and analog microphone and speaker connections. A U.FL antenna connector allows external antenna attachment for improved signal reception, while status indicators provide visual feedback for power and network activity. The compact form factor also supports easy PCB integration and mounting in custom hardware designs.
Supporting built-in protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and FTPS, the development board is suitable for cloud-connected IoT devices, industrial routers, surveillance equipment, telemetry systems, weather stations, smart metering, and remote diagnostics.
