Seeed Studio XIAO nRF54LM20A Wireless Development Board
The Seeed Studio XIAO nRF54LM20A Wireless Development Board is a compact and ultra-low-power development platform designed for next-generation IoT, wireless, and embedded applications. Powered by the Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LM20A SoC, it combines a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor with a 128 MHz RISC-V coprocessor, 512 KB RAM, and 2 MB NVM for capable embedded development.
The board supports a wide range of wireless technologies, including Bluetooth LE 6.0, Bluetooth Mesh, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, NFC, and proprietary 2.4 GHz communication, making it suitable for building connected and smart devices. Its integrated nPM1300 PMIC enables efficient power regulation and battery charging, while the 28 GPIOs and multiple interfaces provide flexibility for connecting sensors, modules, and peripherals.
With its tiny XIAO form factor, USB Type-C interface, IPEX4 antenna connector, and extremely low power consumption, the XIAO nRF54LM20A is well suited for battery-powered IoT devices, smart sensing systems, wearables, wireless prototypes, and production-oriented embedded projects.
