This transparent glue stick is designed for compatible hot melt glue guns that accept 11mm diameter sticks and operate at around 200°C. With a length of 170mm, it provides a convenient adhesive solution for DIY projects, crafts, household repairs, parts assembly and general bonding applications. The transparent hot-melt adhesive creates a clean-looking bond, making this hot glue stick useful where the appearance of the finished project matters.

The glue sticks have a one-year minimum shelf life. If you plan to store them for a while, consider putting a label on the storage container with the date. Glue sticks are pretty hardy however, over prolonged periods of time, they can become brittle.
When you pull the trigger after it has sufficiently melted, the glue will ooze out. It will take about two minutes to heat up. Larger and industrial-grade glue guns may take up to five minutes to heat the glue sufficiently to make it usable.
You should never remove a part-melted glue stick from a glue gun because it can damage the applicator. Instead, extrude any remaining molten glue when you've finished using the gun. But leave the in-tact glue stick in the applicator.
The time it takes for hot glue to settle depends on the amount and type of glue used (high/low temperature) as well as the material to which it is bonded. It usually takes between one and ten minutes. However, it takes about 24 hours for the glue to fully cure.
All standard full size glue guns use 11mm sticks. Mini glue guns use 7mm sticks.
These glue sticks work well on many materials, especially porous ones. They fit standard size glue guns.
