It comes with a PTFE insulation tube on the inside. The heat break has a shoulder on the top to ensure that the PTFE tube does not move up inside the heat break. These are high-quality stainless steel sleeve tube caps that are ideal for use with 3D printer extruders that use 3.00 mm filament. They can be used for a long time without any issues. The V6 Bowden heat break is used to channel filament through the cooling tower and straight into the heated nozzle.
