Anycubic Standard Resin Grey is a beginner-friendly photopolymer resin designed for high-precision and reliable 3D printing. Its low-viscosity formulation provides smooth resin flow, fast bubble dissipation and efficient printing, while the 4.5–5.5% volume shrinkage rate helps maintain dimensional accuracy and reduce deformation. The resin offers strong build plate adhesion and is designed for easy model removal after printing. It produces smooth surfaces with fine details and a consistent grey finish, making it suitable for anime and game figurines, architectural models, appearance prototypes, structural prototypes and other general-purpose 3D printing applications. It is compatible with LCD and DLP 3D printers using 365–405nm UV light-curing technology and comes in a convenient 1kg bottle.
Shake the resin bottle thoroughly before pouring.
Clean the resin tank and build plate to remove dust, cured resin or other contaminants.
Ensure the bottom of the resin tank is clean and highly transparent.
Check that the release film is clean and free from damage.
Confirm that the printer's printing parameters are correctly set for the resin.
Maintain a recommended printing environment of 20–35°C to help prevent temperature-related printing failures.
Unscrew the bottle cap and carefully remove the sealing film.
Pour the required amount of resin into the resin tank.
Do not exceed the maximum fill line of the resin tank.
Avoid splashing or spilling resin during handling.
Use suitable tools and materials for post-processing:
Scraper for removing printed models from the build plate
Flush cutters for removing supports
Tweezers for handling small parts and supports
Nitrile gloves for safe handling
≥95% IPA or suitable resin cleaning solution for cleaning printed models
A. Remove the Model:
Use a scraper to carefully remove the printed model from the build plate, then remove the support structures using suitable tools.
B. Clean the Model:
Wash the printed model in an Anycubic Wash & Cure machine for approximately 10 minutes. Use ≥95% alcohol or a suitable resin cleaner.
C. Dry the Model:
Allow the model to air-dry, blow-dry it, or use a drying chamber. Proper drying helps prevent water absorption and potential cracking.
D. Secondary Curing:
Place the cleaned and dried model under suitable UV curing conditions and cure for approximately 3–5 minutes.
E. Recycle Unused Resin:
Filter unused resin through a 100-mesh sieve before returning it to storage or reusing it. This helps remove cured particles and other contaminants.
Storage: Store the resin at room temperature and keep it away from direct light.
Recommended Temperature: Use the resin above 20°C. Low temperatures may reduce printing success, while higher temperatures can accelerate pigment settling.
Pigment Settling: If pigment settles at the bottom, stir the resin with a plastic scraper or shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
Light Protection: Resin cures when exposed to sunlight. Use the printer in a dim, ventilated area or keep the printer covered when not in use.
Post-Printing Care: Remove printed models promptly after washing to help maintain their intended properties.
Personal Protection: Always wear nitrile gloves and protective goggles when handling liquid resin. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
Waste Disposal: Fully cure leftover liquid resin before disposing of it as solid waste. Follow applicable local waste-disposal requirements.
Ventilation: Maintain adequate ventilation while handling and printing with resin.
Keep Away From Children & Pets: Keep liquid resin away from children, pets and pregnant women.
