Buy Display Module Online in India
A display module is an LED or LCD screen that represents the output picture to the user and also sometimes provides a touch screen for user interaction. A display module is defined as a highly integrated real-time embedded system that is tuned to efficiently interact and communicate with the environment.
Do you need a display for your project? You can put an end to your search right here. As a leading robotics part supplier in INDIA, we stock a wide range of display types including, Arduino & Raspberry Pi display modules, IoT display module, 7-segment display module, HDMI display modules with varying sizes and technical parameters.
Display Modules are compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, some sensors to know the readings, other development boards and more
Different types of display modules:
1. OLED Display Module:
OLED Display module (organic light-emitting diode), is a self-light-emitting technology that is composed of a thin, multi-layered organic film that is placed between the anode and cathode. In contrast with LED technology, OLED does not require a backlight for displaying the output. OLEDs are used in home electronic module displays.
2. LCD Display Module:
An LCD display module (Liquid crystal display) is an electronic display module that uses liquid crystals to produce an image. Unlike OLED technology, they require a backlight to illuminate the display on the screen.
3. Arduino display module:
Arduino display allows communication with alphanumeric liquid crystal displays (LCD). Here we accept serial input from the computer and upload the sketch to Arduino. The characters will be displayed on the LCD.
4. LED Display Module:
An LED display module is a small screen that includes an LED and the rest of the necessary electronics so that it can reproduce images and videos. They are used in audiovisual display visual impact production. They are light and accessible, they produce good resolution and their contrast ratio is unmatchable.
5. Paper Display:
A paper display or electronic paper display (EDP) is an electrically charged surface that replicates the look and experience of ink on the paper. They only require power when a new image is requested. Instead of a traditional display that uses backlighting to illuminate pixels, an EDP is based on a phenomenon called electrophoresis.
6. TFT LCD Display:
The TFT LCD display module is a type of liquid crystal display. The TFT Display uses a thin film transistor technology and it improves qualities like contrast and accessibility. This TFT refreshes more quickly than a monochrome LED screen. Due to this feature, they generally cost more than LED or LCD screens.
7. Accessory Display:
At Robocraze, we have different display accessories for LED, LCD, and OLED displays. We offer an Acrylic Case Shell for DIY Oscillator Kit. This is greatly designed for oscilloscope and this can efficiently protect the meter. We also offer a 7-inch universal tablet flip cover with a keyboard.

1. What is a display module?
A display module is defined as a highly interactive real-time embedded system that is tuned to interact efficiently with the environment.
2. What displays can you use with Arduino?
There are a lot of displays that are compatible with Arduino. Here are a few displays that are compatible with Arduino.
- TFT display
- LCD TFT01 Shield for Mega Board
- TFT display with driver
- HMI UART display
- LCD module TFT Resistive touch screen panel
3. What is an LCD display module?
An LCD display module is an electronic display module with numerous applications. As previously stated, LCD display modules are the most commonly used 16*2 type of display module in various devices and circuits. An LCD module generates an image by using liquid crystals. These liquid crystals are embedded in a display screen and illuminated by a backlight. The LCD display module itself is comprised of several layers, including polarising filters and electrodes. The backlight is critical in the LCD display module. The LCD display module cannot produce visible images without this backlight.
4. What is OLED display module?
An OLED is an Organic Light-Emitting Diode. OLED display Modules are thin, multi-layered organic films sandwiched between an anode and a cathode that comprise the self-emitting OLED Display. In contrast to LCD technology, OLED Display Modules do not require a backlight.
5. What is the difference between LED and OLED?
LED and LCD screens use a backlight to illuminate their pixels, whereas OLED pixels generate their own light. OLED pixels are known as self-emissive,' whereas LCD pixels are known as 'transmissive.' An OLED display's light can be controlled pixel by pixel.
6. What is TFT LCD?
TFT LCD (thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display) is a type of liquid-crystal display that improves image qualities such as addressability and contrast by utilising thin-film transistor technology. A TFT LCD is an active matrix LCD, as opposed to a passive matrix LCD or a few simple, direct-driven (directly connected to electronics outside the LCD) LCDs. Televisions, computer monitors, mobile phones, handheld devices, video game systems, personal digital assistants, navigation systems, projectors, and automobile dashboards all use TFT LCDs.
7. How does a 7-segment display work?
Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) emit light energy in the form of photons and are used in seven-segment displays. The production uses light to display digits in all seven segments, with the eighth serving as a decimal point.
8. Why it is called a 7-segment?
The 7-segment display, also known as the "seven-segment display," is composed of seven LEDs arranged in a rectangular pattern. Each of the seven LEDs is referred to as a segment because, when illuminated, it forms part of a numerical digit (both Decimal and Hex) to be displayed.
9. What is an E Ink screen?
E Ink displays are referred to as "reflective displays." An LCD's backlight, also known as an "emissive display," directs light through the screen and into your eyes. An E Ink display does not use a backlight; instead, ambient light from the surroundings is reflected off the display's surface and back to your eyes.
