4.8-6V Servo Motor Tester
The Digital Multi Servo Tester ESC RC Consistency CCPM Master Speed Control offers 3 modes to check servo motors or ESC by connecting it to the battery or power supply. This servo tester can connect to up to 3 servos simultaneously. You can also connect up to 3 ESCs to test and compare their reaction time respectively.
This unit can be used in 3 modes
- Manual - you can move the servos and check the throws manually by turning the knob.
- Neutral - servos are automatically set to neutral position (great of heli flyers).
- Auto - this mode operates the servos and moves the servos to their extreme position automatically.

1. How do servo testers work?
- Applying the appropriate width electrical pulse to its Regulate pin will control the degree of rotation. Every 20 ms, the servo examines the pulse. A pulse with a width of 1 ms (1 millisecond) may spin a servo to the neutral position (0 degrees), 90 degrees, and 180 degrees. A pulse of 1.5 ms can do the same.
2. How do you use a RC servo tester?
- With the Simple Servo Tester, a little larger than a postage stamp, you can test two servos without a transmitter or receiver by simply plugging in your battery pack. Use it to centre your servos when setting up linkages or to verify your servos before putting them into your creations.
3. How do you test if a servo is working?
- Finding any shorts or open circuits in the system by using a megaohm meter to test all three wires (T1, T2, and T3) to the ground wire is one of the simplest ways to test and troubleshoot a servo motor. Test the links between T1 and T2, T2 and T3, and then go back to T1 and T3.
