A 128x48 LCD module is a small display screen that is commonly used in electronic devices such as handheld calculators, portable games, and portable media players. It has a resolution of 128 pixels in the horizontal direction and 48 pixels in the vertical direction, which is relatively low compared to modern displays. The display is typically monochrome (black and white) and is controlled by an integrated circuit that drives the display and handles communication with a host device. These types of displays are often used in devices where a small, low-resolution display is sufficient and where power consumption is a concern.
