The 12V 1A adapter is a type of power supply that produces 12 volts of direct current (DC) and 1 ampere (A) of current output. It is frequently employed to power different electronic gadgets, including LED strip lights, routers, monitors, webcams, and other items that require a 12V DC power source. Typically, these adapters are constructed as switch mode power supplies, ensuring that the output is stabilized at 12V, and the output current can supply up to 1A of current.
12V 1.5A power adapter can be used for a device that requires 12V 1A, it is still not recommended to use a lower-rated adapter as it may not be able to provide enough power to the device. It is best to use an adapter with the same or higher current rating as the device requires.
A 12V 1A power supply has a power output of 12 watts.

Things that I wish to add: 1. A DC jack converter might be added in the order to use the 12V adapter conveniently. 2. In the cooling (C) setting, the relay deenergises when the trigger temperature is reached and not the other way around. So with trigger temp. at 22C and P1=2C, the relay energises at 24C and deenergises at 22C. 3. For new users: A circuit diagram could be given which would be very helpful. 4. The brown film in the acrylic case needs to be removed before it is transparent.
